This letter is to notify you that our annual Kingman Area Users Association and Bureau of Land
Management coordination meeting is scheduled for Wednesday, March 25, 2020 at 10:00 A.M.
at the Bureau of Land Management Kingman Field Office located at 2755 Mission Blvd.,
Kingman, Arizona 86401. In accordance with the terms and conditions of your communications
use lease or right-of-way grant you or a representative are required attend.
The purpose of the coordination meeting is to discuss matters concerning the administration of
the communications sites, schedule inspections for the Hayden and Getz Peaks, Potato Patch I
and II, and the Goldroad (Oatman) communication sites and road maintenance to these sites.
