Hualapai Mtn and accessible by tracked vehicle only. Snow from the last storm placed 8 to 10 inches from Potato Patch on up to Hayden Peak.
Snow is melting rapidly with the warmer temperatures and should be gone within the next two weeks.
Hayden Peak: 02/25/2026 tracked vehicle recommended.
Black Mesa: Tracked vehicle recommended.
Potato Patch: Tracked vehicle recommended.
Getz Peak: 02/25/2026. 4X4 vehicle accessible up to the gap where the snow can be up to 10 inches deep to date. Snow is melting rapidly with the warmer temperatures and should be gone within the next two weeks. .
OATMAN MOUNTAIN: March 29, 2025 4X4 vehicle required. USE CAUTION
Road is fair with ruts and erosion areas. Wet weather conditions will cause traction slip hazards beginning on steep climb approximately 300 yards past the security gate. Large tire 4X4 with at least 10 inches clearance recommended. Caution – sections of the road are narrow on the downhill side due to water drainage/erosion. Watch for erosion conditions, diches and rocks. Additional observations are needed. Please report any conditions in the posting portal below.
