INSPECTION REMIDERS: Site representative must be present and area should be clean of trash, debris, vermin, tripping hazards and work materials. Vegetation should be cleared at least 20 feet around the tower(s) and facilities. The AZA serial number must be on the front door of the shelter with emergency contact information listed. Current FCC licenses and site plan must be on the site. Unused feed lines coming into the building from antennas must have the appropriate termination connectors affixed. Lightening protection must be installed and adequate for the equipment & facilities. Housekeeping must be maintained along with industry standard installation of equipment. Towers, shelters, generators and electrical equipment must maintain industry maintenance standards.
BE REPAIRED TO PROVIDE THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION DURING THE INSPECTION: Number of transmitters, new equipment installation, information regarding the need or use of RF isolators, circulators and appropriate filters.
